چکیده
Diabetes is a chronic and systemic disease, characterized by hyperglycemia, with an increasing incidence prevalence, which seriously affects the lives of individuals acute complications. Endothelial damage microvascular disorders occur as result inflammation oxidative stress, increase protein glycation, non-enzymatic consequently end products in tissues hyperglycemia diabetes. As these events, peripheral autonomic neuropathy develops diabetic patients due to demyelination Schwann cells decreased neuronal blood flow nerve ischemia. Neuropathic pain are seen approximately 1/4 patients, it negatively their quality life.
